Paynter makes amends for Robins

19 September 2009 18:43
The home side made a flying start and went in front after only eight minutes when Sean Morrison's slip let in Troy Deeney who finished well from 10 yards. Walsall squandered chances to double their lead and with 15 minutes remaining Darryl Westlake fouled Paynter in the box. The striker picked himself up but his spot-kick cannoned off the inside of the post. But five minutes later Paynter made amends when Mark Hughes was penalised for handball and he buried his second opportunity from the spot to earn a share of the spoils.
