Palmer extends Saddlers stay

Walsall have confirmed that Chris Palmer is to stay at the club until the end of the season after agreeing a contract extension with the player.
Palmer's current deal was set to expire but the Saddlers have moved to ensure that the 25-year-old will remain at the club until the end of the current campaign.
The utility man has made 29 appearances for the club.
Meanwhile, Marco Reich has left the Banks' Stadium. The 31-year-old German midfielder signed a six month contract in the summer and it has not been renewed. He made 21 appearances for the Saddlers.
