Midfielder doubtful for Lions clash

The midfielder has had the stitches removed from the gash in his leg he sustained against Brentford and is back training with his team-mates, but it just remains to be seen whether he will be match ready in time for Saturday.[LNB]Winger Peter Till has also resumed training after his hamstring injury but Saturday will come too soon for him to be involved.[LNB]Steve Jones was a 68th-minute substitute in last weekend's 5-1 drubbing at Southampton and, having managed more minutes for the reserves in midweek, is pushing for his first start since December after overcoming his groin troubles.[LNB]After conceding five at St Mary's, manager Chris Hutchings must decide whether to keep faith with recalled goalkeeper Rene Gilmartin against the Lions or hand the gloves back to Clayton Ince.[LNB]Striker Sam Parkin (groin) continues to miss out.[LNB][LNB]
