Lescott worry for Saddlers

Aaron Lescott continues to be a concern for Walsall ahead of their home clash against Brentford but Andy Butler will be okay despite having a tooth knocked out in Saturday`s 2-0 defeat at Plymouth. Full-back Lescott has been sidelined with a knee ligament strain for over a month now and, although not completely ruled out of Tuesday night`s crucial clash at the Banks`s Stadium, faces a battle to make his comeback. Stalwart centre-back Butler continued to play on at Home Park on Saturday despite losing one of his teeth, and he will again be at the heart of the Saddlers' defence as they go in search of three big points to boost their relegation bid. Manager Dean Smith was left to rue a disappointing display against Plymouth and could well opt to make changes, with fit-again striker Jon Macken pushing to start in attack having only been a 54th-minute substitute at the weekend. Veteran goalkeeper Jimmy Walker is set to make his 500th senior appearance for Walsall.
