The Saddlers are currently on a promising run of form and look to be posing a threat for a play-off place with 12 games to go. And Hutchings knows new arrivals would only help their chances of being in the top six come May.[LNB]"We are working hard behind the scenes," he told the club's official website. "The current situation is that we are waiting on a couple of calls.[LNB]"We know the areas that need strengthening but a lot of clubs are after the same players and a lot of clubs are reluctant to let players go out on loan.[LNB]"But we will keep at it, a new face or two will freshen things up and keep everyone on their toes. We need competition for places in all positions as it's healthy."[LNB]Meanwhile, having made the final shortlist of four, Hutchings lost out on the manager of the month award for February to Crewe boss Gudjon Thordarson - with his side recording four wins from their five games.[LNB][LNB]
