Hughes banned for Shrimpers test
The centre-back was shown a straight red for a tackle on Ashley Vincent and will now start a three-match ban, ruling him out of the games against Southend, Exeter and Stockport.[LNB]Manny Smith is likely to step in during his absence.[LNB]Richard Taundry was deployed at right-back against Colchester at the weekend with Darryl Westlake ruled out due to illness and Rhys Weston (hamstring) still sidelined.[LNB]But manager Chris Hutchings is hopeful of Westlake's return in time for the tip to Roots Hall while Weston is 50/50 having resumed full training but without the desired level of match fitness.[LNB][LNB]
