Eight Saddlers offered new deals
Clayton Ince, Rene Gilmartin, Manny Smith, Netan Sansara, Sofiene Zaaboub, Jabo Ibehre, Richard Davies and Chris Palmer have all been offered new deals with the League One club with their current ones set to expire in June.[LNB]Manager Chris Hutchings is refusing to go into detail about the terms and lengths of contracts on the table, but he has revealed there is a time limit available to players to decide whether they will accept or not.[LNB]"We sent all the players letters because we want to make sure everything is done properly," he said in the Birmingham Mail. "We are sending letters to those players who we have offered contracts to and they will have about four weeks to reply to us.[LNB]"I talked to all of the players who are out of contract and explained things to them but it was important we did things correctly and put things in writing too.[LNB]"The terms of the contract offers are between us and the players and that is how it will stay. But there has to be a point by which we need a reply from the players so we all know where we stand."[LNB][LNB]
