Deeney: We could have nicked it

Deeney scored both goals as the Saddlers fought back from two down to claim a 2-2 draw at the Banks's Stadium.[LNB]And the striker told the club's official website: "Obviously it would have been better had we got all three points, but we did well to recover from a poor first-half performance.[LNB]"All of the lads knew that our first-half display was totally unacceptable and we spoke about things at half-time, with everyone - even the more reserved lads - having their say.[LNB]"It had the desired effect and once the first one went in straight from the restart I felt that there was only going to be one winner.[LNB]"We created plenty of chances but we just couldn't find the third goal. That said, with the games coming thick and fast it's all about picking up points where we can and as it turned out, it proved to be a good point because all of the teams around us lost."[LNB][LNB]
