Deeney cuts loose at team-mates

An honest Deeney was left fuming with the manner of the Saddlers' display in their 2-0 defeat at Brisbane Road and believes certain members of Chris Hutchings' squad are playing their way out of the door come the summer.[LNB]"Some people are just happy to let each game roll by, keep picking up their money and to be honest it's pathetic," raved Deeney in the Express and Star.[LNB]"You should be playing for your shirts week in, week out from August but obviously people have got into a comfort zone and, as for contracts, some will be very lucky.[LNB]"If you watched that then you will see who's doing what and who came in and wringed their shirt out afterwards because of the sweat, there weren't many.[LNB]"I've left my son to come and work to earn money. I can't do my job if people aren't playing me in. If I'm not doing my job properly then I'll end up on the football scrapheap. "I want to be going on to bigger and better things but unfortunately some people aren't doing enough."[LNB][LNB]
