Three more players have pulled out of the Wales squad for Tuesday's Carling Nations Cup clash against the Republic of Ireland.

Midfielders Aaron Ramsey, on loan with Cardiff from Arsenal, has withdrawn along with Wolves midfielder David Edwards and Sheffield United forward Ched Evans.

Crystal Palace's Andy Dorman has been called up to replace Edwards.

Swansea's Joe Allen was drafted into the senior squad from the Under-21 group, but he too was forced out after Sunday afternoon's npower Championship match against Cardiff.

Wales manager Gary Speed was already without Tottenham winger Gareth Bale, West Brom goalkeeper Boaz Myhill, Preston defender Craig Morgan, West Ham centre-back Danny Gabbidon and Millwall striker Steve Morison for his first match in charge.
