Liverpool midfielder Joe Allen has been withdrawn from the Wales squad for the World Cup qualifiers against Macedonia and Serbia.
Wales boss Chris Coleman had included Allen in his party for the Group A double-header but the hamstring injury he suffered in the Reds' Capital One Cup win over Notts County means he will miss out.
He joins Swansea left-back Neil Taylor (thigh) in being ruled out, with the pair being replaced by Sunderland midfielder David Vaughan and Taylor's Swans' team-mate Jazz Richards.
A statement on the Football Association of Wales website read: "Liverpool's Joe Allen will be forced to miss the FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Macedonia and Serbia.
"Allen was injured playing for his club against Notts County at Anfield on Tuesday night in the Capital One Cup. He joins Swansea City's Neil Taylor on the sidelines."
