Villarreal unsure over Cazorla

Villarreal remain uncertain when Spain international forward Santi Cazorla will be able to return to action following a back problem.

The 24-year-old has been undergoing extensive treatment to try and get to the bottom of the problem in recent days, but the nature of the injury remains unclear.

Dr Luis Banos told Marca: "The treatment has had no immediate effect. We need to leave it for three or four days before we can see any results.

"Right now it is impossible to determine a deadline.

"Villarreal have a special medical team and it is they who are ultimately responsible. I am sure he will recover, but it is not possible to fix a date yet."
