Ten Teams To Watch For At Brazil 2014: 3 - Venezuela

The only South American country not to have qualified for a World Cup, coach César Farías could break that unwanted record during the qualifiers for Brazil.

His team showed at last year’s Copa America in Argentina, with their fourth placed finish, that they can compete with the continent’s best teams, and are no longer minnows of the international game.

There they caused problems for Brazil, and Borussia Moenchengladbach's Juan Arango is a key threat for the Venezuelans.

If they get to the World Cup, the country more famous for its baseball than football traditionally may just be a contender for a quarter final spot.
