Valencia line up Trezeguet deal

Valencia are preparing to bring David Trezeguet to the Mestalla ahead of the new La Liga campaign.

The 32-year-old France striker has recently left Juventus after scoring 137 goals in 242 appearances in Italy and his agent, Antonio Caliendo, has said Los Che are ready to talk terms.

He said: "They're (Valencia) examining their financial situation following the club's sales period and I have already been in contact with them.

"It seems that something could also happen within Italy, as there seems to be some interest, while I've already received an official offer from Turkey for him."
