Former Manchester City striker Bernardo Corradi hopes he can resurrect his stuttering career at Udinese.

The 33-year-old has penned a two-year contract with a team that finished seventh in Serie A last season after scoring ten goals for Reggina in the 2008-09 campaign.

"I'm starting this adventure with much enthusiasm, something which has always characterised every new path I have taken throughout my whole career," Corradi told his new club's official website.

"I'm 33 years old and I want to immediately say that I'm not considering this experience that is about to start as a kind of 'end of career' but a second chance in top-level football.

"I have signed a two-year contract and that for me represents a sense of even greater responsibility in wanting to repay the faith that has been given to me."
