No January move for Inler

Udinese president Giampaolo Pozzo says he will not allow any players to leave the club this month, including AC Milan target Gokhan Inler.

The 25-year-old Switzerland international, who has also been linked with Parma and Napoli, has made almost 100 starts for the Serie A side since moving to Udinese from FC Zurich in the summer of 2007.

However, Pozzo told the club's official website: "I will make this comment to put an end to all the unfounded rumours regarding possible player sales during January.

"The squad is untouchable and there will be no sales.

"I say this loud and clear, we don't want to hear anything else. We believe in our group. All these news stories are just speculation, which is unhelpful to us."
