Di Natale picks up suspension

Udinese have been hit by the news that their talismanic striker Antonio Di Natale will be suspended for their clash against Juventus once the league re-commences after the international break.

Sports judge Giampaolo Tosel handed out a one-match ban following his heated protests aimed at the referee during the 1-0 defeat against Fiorentina at the weekend.

Juventus were fined 15,000 euros after flares were lit by their fans during the weekend win at Atalanta.

Internazionale also incurred the judges wrath and collected a 10,000 euros punishment when their supporters held up a banner criticising UEFA president Michel Platini as they drew 1-1 with Roma.
