Turkish police on Saturday raided the offices of the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) here and arrested a TFF vice-president as part of their probe into match-fixing in the country, the Anatolia news agency reported.
Police arrested Goksel Gumusdag after searching his office before taking him to hospital for a medical examination and police headquarters for investigation, the agency said.
Some 30 people were charged and jailed pending trial in July in a probe into alleged match-fixing and bribery in Turkey's first and second divisions last season.
Among them is the president of Fenerbahce, Aziz Yildirim, and two senior officials of first division Besiktas.
The TFF prevented Fenerbahce from entering the Champions League over the match-fixing probe, with league runners-up Trabzonspor instead taking their place.
