Ibisevic: Hoffe are stronger

Striker Vedad Ibisevic believes Hoffenheim are much better equipped to tackle the Bundesliga this season.

Hoffe moved up to fourth place in the table following Saturday's 4-0 victory on the road at Koln.

Ralf Rangnick's side were top of the table at the time of the mid-season break last year before a second-half collapse saw them finish in seventh place.

But 12 months on, Ibisevic - who missed the second half of last season with a cruciate knee ligament injury - believes the club are better equipped to mount a serious title challenge.

"It was important for us to get the points against Koln after the defeat against Wolfsburg two weeks ago," explained the Bosnia striker.

"Now we want to take that form into the match against Dortmund in our next home game.

"I think overall we've became a better quality side and that we're a lot stronger than last season."
