Hoffe chief hails Eduardo
25 Sep 2009 - 10:20:54
TSG Hoffenheim general manager Jan Schindelmeiser believes that midfielder Carlos Eduardo could secure a call-up to the Brazil national team in the near future.
The 22-year-old has impressed in the opening weeks of the new campaign and has earned high praise from Schindelmeiser.
He told Bild: "Carlos has great vision and his passing is world-class as well. Additionally, he is very strong on the ball and an intelligent player.
"It is very difficult to play against him because he always does the unexpected. He used to be a bit hot-headed, but he has learned from his mistakes in the past and has really grown up.
"He's learned tactical concepts and to defend when necessary. He could join a big European club in the not so distant future if he continues to develop like this.
"I would even say that he has a chance to make it into Brazil's national team."
