Orient put seal on Ashworth deal

Leyton Orient have completed the signing of Wigan defender Luke Ashworth on a free transfer. The 19-year-old, who impressed for the O's during a two-month loan spell earlier this season, has agreed a two-and-a-half year contract. Orient boss Martin Ling told his club's website: "Luke has joined us on a long-term contract and I am delighted to bring him back to Brisbane Road. "He did very well during his time with us on loan. He's one for the future."
