Rovers' bid to win promotion to the Championship has been undermined by a miserable record of seven away defeats and just three victories. That is in stark contrast to their outstanding home form and Moore is demanding greater mental strength from his side when they go on their travels. Moore said: "Most of the players are a bit too nice - they don't want to hurt each other's feelings. "They are afraid of falling out with each other at work, but it happens. You shake hands afterwards and carry on. "If you are frightened of falling out with others you should not be in football."
