Taylor to miss Shrimpers clash

Taylor is nursing a hamstring injury sustained during Tuesday's 1-0 win at Gillingham. He was replaced by Gareth Edds after just 24 minutes and misses the Roots Hall showdown. Defender Ian Goodison is also a doubt with an ankle injury as Rovers bid to secure the win that would take them above Southend. Striker Bas Savage remains sidelined as he recovers from a 10-month lay-off with a ruptured Achilles tendon. But Parry has no other major concerns as his side seek to build on their win at Gillingham - their first away win in League One since he took over from John Barnes.
