Taylor extends Rovers stay

Tranmere Rovers have extended Andy Taylor's loan spell at Prenton Park for a further month.

The 21-year-old Blackburn Rovers defender initially moved to Tranmere one month ago and has impressed in the left-back position keeping Shane Sherriff out of the team.

Taylor will stay with the club over the hectic festive Christmas period and could then remain at the League One side until the end of the season.

He has made six appearances for Tranmere during his first month with the club.
