Winger Edrissa Sonko has completed a move from Walsall to Tranmere, signing a one-year deal at Prenton Park.
Sonko featured regularly for The Saddlers, playing 37 times and performing a vital role on both flanks.
The 28-year-old is an established Gambia international and, since moving to Europe, has played for Anderlecht, Roda JC and Xanthi as well as Walsall.
"I had the choice of three or four clubs but I saw Tranmere as a progressive and ambitious club," Sonko told the club's official website.
Manager Ronnie Moore has described Sonko as a "talented player" who "has bags of pace and the tricks to beat a defender".
