Shuker backing for Rovers boss

Paul McLaren and Alan Mahon have been brought into the Rovers squad this summer and Shuker is convinced that they will thrive under Barnes' new high-tempo regime. He told the club's official website: "I like the passing on the floor, it gets me the ball a lot. "Having players like Alan Mahon and Paul McLaren helps with the way we're playing. The more we can get them on the ball the better for the team. "I'm pleased with how things are going. I'm just concentrating on football and doing what I'm good at."
