Shotton targets Rovers promotion

The 20-year-old recently rejoined Rovers on loan from Stoke until May after a highly successful three-month spell at Prenton Park earlier in the campaign. Ronnie Moore's men have been hovering around the top six for much of the season and Shotton is determined to help the club finish in the League One play-off places. "Coming back to Tranmere is what I've wanted since I was here last time," said Shotton. "I want to play as much football as I can, stay in the team and help Tranmere get into the play-off positions. "Then we'll see where we can go from there."
