Rovers wait on Goodison fitness

Goodison was forced off with a back injury in the first half of last Saturday's 2-1 defeat at Leyton Orient and was substituted again in the 2-0 home win over Southend in midweek. The Jamaica international will be assessed closer to the game but midfielder Alan Mahon and striker Bas Savage definitely remain sidelined with ankle and Achilles injuries respectively. However, Tuesday's win has left Rovers in buoyant mood and Parry said: "There has been a little bit of a buzz about the place since Tuesday. "It was good to get a win but the manner of the win made it even better and we've got to maintain that this weekend."
