Burns, 18, signed his first professional contract with Leicester on Friday and has impressed in the Foxes' reserve and youth sides this season. Moore said: "We've watched Robbie a few times this season and he is a good young player. He's a tricky winger who will give us added options. "I'd like to thank Leicester manager Nigel Pearson for allowing him to come to us until the end of the season." Burns is available for Tranmere's trip to League One promotion rivals Oldham on Saturday.
