Tranmere Rovers manager Ronnie Moore has swung the post-season axe after deciding to release four players.
Midfielder John Mullin and defender Robbie Stockdale have both been told they will not be offered new deals and are free to leave Prenton Park.
Meanwhile, Moore has told academy graduates Michael Jones and Michael Johnston that they will not be offered contracts for the next campaign.
However, fellow youngsters Paul Henry and Danny Holmes have been offered terms to remain on Merseyside.
