Rovers land Hinchcliffe

Tranmere Rovers have snapped up the Preston North End goalkeeper Ben Hinchcliffe on a month's loan.
Rovers boss Ronnie Moore moved quickly to sign the 19-year-old after learning that John Achterberg is likely to be sidelined for the rest of the season with a knee injury.
The 35-year-old Dutchman had to be replaced after only 15 minutes of the recent win against Yeovil Town.
Hinchcliffe was an unused substitute in the 3-1 defeat at Leyton Orient when Gavin Ward played in goal.
