Rovers boss hails players efforts

Rovers lie sixth in League One with two matches remaining but Scunthorpe lie only two points behind them and have four games left to play. The Iron are favourites to overtake Moore's men and claim the final play-off berth but the Prenton Park boss is remaining confident. Moore said: "If someone had said to me, at the start of the season, that we would still be involved in the chase for the play-offs with two games to go, I would have taken it. "We've over-achieved this season. The lads have been magnificent."
