Peterborough interested in Kay

Kay is out of contract this summer and has been linked with a move to London Road but Fry has revealed that his wage demands are a stumbling block. Fry told the Peterborough Evening Telegraph: "Kay was a player identified by Darren Ferguson as a possible signing so I met with his agent. "There would be no transfer fee involved, but we were miles apart as far as personal terms were concerned so nothing is going on there at the moment. "Two other transfers are far further advanced. We have had a bid accepted for one player and we have made another bid for a second player. "Those deals are ongoing, but nothing will happen before the end of this week."
