Parry takes the positives from defeat

Published: 24 Jan 2010 - 13:25:32

Jason Puncheon's early strike proved decisive as the Dons bagged a second successive league victory to stay in the hunt for a play-off place. Parry said: "I've got no out-and-out complaints about the result but we could have taken something from the game. "The first five minutes was a bit slow and then suddenly they've scored a good goal. From then on I thought the game was pretty even." He added: "MK Dons have got players on the bench that we would cut our fingers off for, so we need to come to places like this and first and foremost compete with them. "We did that, so we can take a lot of positives from it."
