Parry keen to seal Bakayogo deal

Bakayogo has been in impressive form for Rovers this season, including a man-of-the-match display in the 2-0 win against Bristol Rovers at the weekend. But the 23-year-old's short-term contract runs out in January and Parry admits they may struggle to hold on to him. "As we all know we have financial [issues] and we're obviously trying to keep him," he told BBC Radio Merseyside. "But we're just going to have to watch that space." He added: "I don't know if there is anybody in for him but it has gone a little bit quiet. We're getting to the deadline so we need to get it sorted."
