Linwood recalled by Rovers

Tranmere Rovers manager Brian Little has recalled Paul Linwood from his loan spell at Wrexham.

The 21-year-old defender was not due to return to Prenton Park until next week but will train with the rest of the Rovers first-team squad this week as Little tries to lift his side away from the League One relegation zone.

Linwood played nine times for the Red Dragons after joining Denis Smith's side two months ago.

He has made 40 appearances for Tranmere since making his debut during the 2003-04 campaign.
