Full-time Rovers role for Parry

Tranmere Rovers have announced that Les Parry will take charge of the club at least until the end of the season, following an impressive spell as caretaker-manager.
Parry, who was a physiotherapist at the club when John Barnes was in charge, became a surprise hit after he stepped in following the sacking of Barnes in early October.
The League One club have won five games and drawn three under his leadership.
"Les stepped into the breach and immediately stabilised the situation," explained chairman Peter Johnson.
"Not only did we go five matches unbeaten but we also picked up four clean sheets in six games," Johnson continued, after also confirming the appointment of Shaun Garnett and Wayne Allison as coaches and assistants to Parry.
