Tranmere Rovers duo Chris Shuker and Craig Curran have signed new contracts with the Prenton Park club.
Twenty-five-year-old winger Shuker has agreed fresh terms taking him up to the summer of 2010, having had another year left on his existing deal.
Rovers boss Ronnie Moore told the club's official website: "Chris signing a new contract is a massive boost before the start of the season.
"He was a very important player for us last season and we are really pleased to have him here for another three years.
"He is an exciting winger who can change a game in a second and he is always capable of doing the unexpected and getting the fans out of their seats."
Curran, still only 17, is also now under contract until 2010, having been rewarded for his explosive start to his senior career with Rovers.
He scored four goals in four appearances last season, including a hat-trick in a 3-1 home win over Brentford.
