Lloyd Sam grabbed the first brace of his career and there were also goals for Jose Semedo and Nicky Bailey as the Addicks romped to a fifth successive win. "Too many players were hiding out there," said Barnes. "They have got to stand up and be counted when things are going wrong. "I can understand the fans becoming frustrated. We have got to be brave and do the right things. I am still hopeful we can move into the top half of the table but it is obviously going to take time."
