Allott raring to go for Rovers

The 31-year-old midfielder rejected a new contract offer from Oldham and will officially make the switch on July 1. He told the club's official website: "I'm pleased to be joining Tranmere and looking forward to getting started in pre-season. I'm raring to go already. "I can play the holding role in midfield or get forward and I'll always give 100% for the club."
