Power set for Rovers return
Max Power will return to contention when Tranmere host Crawley at Prenton Park.
The midfielder missed the 2-0 win over Mansfield in the Capital One Cup in midweek when he pulled out near to kick-off due to illness.
However, Rovers revealed he will be available once more this weekend to give boss Ronnie Moore another midfield option. Moore hinted winger Joe Thompson will retain his place in the starting line-up after impressing on Tuesday night while Jason Koumas continues to build up his fitness following two years away from football.
Captain James Wallace remains on the sidelines, though, with a knee injury.
Crawley boss Richie Barker is expected to shuffle his pack.
The Reds were beaten 4-3 after extra-time by Cheltenham in Tuesday's Capital One Cup tie and Barker will be mindful of a 120-minute workout.
Defender Kyle McFadzean could face the axe after his manager was highly critical of his performance afterwards.
Mark Connolly or Connor Essam could come in at the back while Sergio Torres is hoping for a recall in midfield.
