Taylor has leadership qualities - Parry

Tranmere boss Les Parry believes Ash Taylor could one day become captain of the Prenton Park club. The homegrown utility player, who can operate in defence and midfield, recently passed the milestone of his 50th senior appearance for Rovers. Yet Parry says the 20-year-old is already showing the natural qualities of leadership on the field. Parry said: "I think as Ash becomes a more experienced player he will end up being a captain, whether it is here or somewhere else. "He's probably the best communicator in the team. He is not shy about saying something. "It doesn`t matter who the player is, whether a youngster or a more experienced man than himself, he will have a go if he thinks something should be said."
