Tranmere assistant manager Kevin Summerfield described loan star Lateef Elford-Alliyu as a "breath of fresh air" after he bagged a brace in a 3-1 win at Plymouth. Rovers moved above their opponents with an impressive win, with Enoch Showunmi wrapping up the points before Joe Mason`s injury-time consolation. Summerfield said: "Lateef has been a breath of fresh air - he's something different that we hadn`t got. For a young lad he's very intelligent and he's got a couple of goals. He's been tremendous for us." He added: "Enoch Showunmi has come on in leaps and bounds really. "He has put a lot of effort in, has got a lot more desire and he knows what we`re asking him to do, and you can`t fault his effort at all. In some ways he's a talisman for the team."
