"There have been a few coming through," Cresswell told BBC Radio Merseyside. "There's been Terry Gornell, Charlie Barnett, Danny Holmes, Luke Waterfall - everyone's had a go. Everyone has done well really and it's looking good. "The boss always says we've only got a short squad and every man counts. "If someone gets injured, someone else is in next week. So you've just got to do your best."
