The 19-year-old scored his first goal for the club on Saturday. And he believes there are a number of young players capable of making an impact. "There have been a few coming through," Cresswell told BBC Radio Merseyside. "There's been Terry Gornell, Charlie Barnett, Danny Holmes, Luke Waterfall - everyone's had a go. Everyone has done well really and it's looking good. "The boss always says we've only got a short squad and every man counts. "If someone gets injured, someone else is in next week. So you've just got to do your best."
