Rovers chief ready for Pools test

The mood in the Rovers camp is buoyant after they recorded only their third victory of the season at the weekend. And caretaker boss Parry hopes they can build on that at Victoria Park. "The lads are really up as you can imagine after a win," he said. "The way they are it wouldn't bother me who we are playing this weekend. "If we'd been playing one of the bigger clubs I'd be just as confident. I know we're going to get a performance out of the lads on Saturday. The result will hopefully follow that. One thing I am confident in is that we'll get a performance. "It's not a very nice place to go to because it's always cold and always windy but you've just got to meet these challenges."
