Barnes has come under increased scrutiny due to a dismal record of six defeats in seven League One outings so far this season. The Rovers boss admits his side are lacking confidence but believes they are not realising their full potential. He said: "On the training ground people are getting hold of the ball, shouting for the ball, playing one-twos, putting moves of 10 passes together and creating chances. "But of course you get out in front of the crowd knowing that we have not been playing particularly well and that's when the players have to be braver."
