Les Parry has been in temporary charge since Rovers parted ways with John Barnes almost four weeks ago and McLaren, the only player to have started all 15 league games so far this season, would love to feel settled.[LNB]"It will be good to get the manager situation sorted out so we know if it is going to be Les full-time or someone new coming in," he told the Liverpool Echo. "Players know little about what's going on in the boardroom but once we cross the white line onto the pitch, it doesn't matter who is in charge.[LNB]"I am certainly enjoying it with Les in charge. Everyone knows Les and we all know what he wants. We have to work hard. The lads have responded well to Les, Shaun Garnett and Wayne Allison."[LNB]Tranmere currently lie second from bottom in League One but McLaren remains calm, adding: "This is November, not April, so we have time to turn the situation around. It is going to be difficult but I think we have the ability in the dressing room and the belief to get the job done."[LNB][LNB]
