Parry: Wins will breed confidence

Rovers have won just once in their last five matches and languish second bottom in League One after a poor start to the season.[LNB]Parry is conscious that form has sapped some of the belief from his squad but he remains optimistic that it will return with a few positive results.[LNB]"If I said that losing games didn't affect the lads' confidence then people would laugh at me," he told the club's official website.[LNB]"Of course it affects their confidence but it is then our job to show them the positives from the game and to show them how well they actually did and how unfortunate they were and try to minimise that loss in confidence.[LNB]"There is nothing like a win even in a poor performance. A win does lift performances. So a couple of wins on the bounce would lift the club tremendously."[LNB][LNB]
