Parry urges Rovers to confound critics

Tranmere boss Les Parry has urged his side to prove their critics wrong and start climbing the npower League One table. Rovers lie fourth bottom ahead of this weekend's trip to Colchester and Parry says their current position come as no real surprise. "The general feel of the division is that teams are round about where people expect them to be, including ourselves," he told the club's official website. "It's not good me kidding myself, people would look at us before a ball was kicked this season and have us in the bottom half of the division and it's up to us to prove them wrong. "We're looking for performances, we're looking to make Prenton Park a fortress and if we do that we'll be ok."
